Return & Refund Policy

At Louvi & Me, every portrait is carefully created as a custom piece of art based on the photo and details provided by the customer. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom Artwork

All pet portraits are custom-made and personalized for each customer.          

Because of the personalized nature of these items, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the artwork process has begun.      
Customers are responsible for providing accurate photos and details when placing an order.


Design Approval Before Shipping

Before printing and shipping framed portraits, the completed artwork will be sent to the customer via email for review and approval.

Customers have the opportunity to request small adjustments at this stage.

Once the customer confirms that the portrait is approved, the artwork will be printed, framed, and prepared for shipping.                                                                                 After approval has been given, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

• The customer simply does not like the artwork after approving the design  
• The customer changes their mind after the portrait has been created  
• The photo provided by the customer resulted in unexpected artistic interpretation  
• Minor artistic variations that are part of the illustration process


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective (for example broken glass, damaged frame, or printing defect), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We may request photos of the damage in order to evaluate the issue.                               If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.


Shipping Damage to Packaging

Occasionally, external shipping packaging may arrive with minor dents or signs of handling during transit.

Damage to the outer shipping box alone does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the artwork, frame, and internal packaging remain intact.

 

Returns

Because all portraits are personalized and made specifically for each order, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in cases where an order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design.                                                                 If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time for refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
